Do I have to pre-register, or can I buy tickets at the door?

Registration will be offered online as well as at the door. We encourage registration as soon as possible so that your spot is guaranteed.
Are Tickets non-refundable ?

Tickets are non-refundable.
Are children allowed to attend the Queen Standard Conference 2025 and will there bechildcare available?

Children ages 5 and up are able to attend the conference but they must be registered. We do not provide childcare; therefore, children must be under parental supervision at all times.
Will there be a virtual experience?

At this time, we do not have plans for a virtual experience.
Which airport should I fly into?

Attendees should fly into Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI).
What hotel should I stay in?

There are many hotels near BWI airport. We do not have a room block with one but here is a list for you to choose from: LINK
